If you are a returning visitor to YourSarasotaRealEstate.com you’ll notice it has a whole new look. I just revamped the site and added some great new features. I've listed a few of the new features below, and I'll be adding more as we get rolling. I hope you'll explore the new Sarasota site, and of course I'd love your feedback. 

• You'll find a whole new look to the "Search MLS" function. And once you've run your search for Sarasota homes, you'll see larger photos, more detailed information, and a whole page of information about the community and the property. As before, you can save your search and save your favorite homes to a folder.
• There's also a new "Search by Map" feature. You can zoom and draw the search area you want to see on the map and the search results will show you everything available in that area of Sarasota or Manatee county.
• If you want to find ANY information about the Sarasota area, check out the "About Sarasota" page. You'll find information about Sarasota and Manatee County schools, golf courses, government, healthcare, arts scene....
• I've set up a number of the most popular Sarasota Real Estate searches already - If you know where you want to be, or if you just want to find out more information about a certain area, check out "Browse Communities". You'll find searches for Sarasota area Golf Communities, numerous neighborhoods and villages in the Greater Sarasota area, and searches for all the barrier islands. Within each search, you can pick your price point.
• If you are interested in Sarasota Foreclosure properties, you can search for those. If you'd like to get alerts as new foreclosures come on the market, just sign up and we'll send you an email automatically.

And kudos to Bennie Barton at Marketing By Design for the great graphics he put together for my home page. As always, he did a great job!
