Aqua luxury condos in Sarasota Florida You may recall that the planned construction of the new Aqua luxury condominiums at Golden Gate Point was derailed this past June due to zoning complications.  But one of the two original developers, Jonathan McCague, reported recently that a new design has been completed and construction of the the eight-unit ultra-luxury waterfront condo tower is back on track.

 “We tried very hard to reconcile the zoning and set-back issues with the original design, but just couldn't do it,” said McCague, "so we decided to just start over again.   The new design has a trapezoidal shape in which the front and rear facades are parallel with a north wall perpendicular to them.
