We have rented homes all over the world for our own family reunions, so we're quite aware of how important clearly understood sleeping arrangements can be for people planning vacations (we once rented a home in Arizona advertised as a 6 bedroom home, which was the number of bedrooms we required. When we arrived we discovered that one of the bedrooms was, in fact, an office with no possibility of beds therein. It ruined the first two nights of our vacation, and because of that experience, we're especially sensitive to this issue). If you need further clarification, please do not hesitate to be in touch and we can clarify any questions you may have.
