We have some good news, folks! Don't feel like spending the entire day in the kitchen this Thanksgiving? No worries. Sarasota has many restaurants around town that are opening their doors and prepping their kitchens for those who just don't feel exactly like Gordon Ramsay this year.

Columbia Restaurant 

The ever-so-famous Columbia. A true masterpiece and s staple in Southwest Florida. Columbia Restaurant in St. Armand’s Circle will offer a holiday meal with a Cuban twist. Their meal includes a 12-pound whole Vermont turkey, Columbia’s special sausage and ground beef stuffing, “1905” Salad®, Cuban bread, potatoes and key lime pie for dessert.

Duval's Fresh. Local. Seafood. 

Duval’s is one of a kind—a true classic. Dine-in or preorder a family-style Thanksgiving Feast for free delivery and takeout with Downtown Sarasota's. The meal comes with a house salad, turkey, ham, sides, orange ginger cranberry sauce and…get this.an entire pumpkin pie. They also provide seafood alternatives: Pan Roasted Local Gulf Fish or Loaded Lobster Mac n’ Cheese. If you’re eating in the prices run $46 for adults and $29 for children under 10. This delicious holiday menu has featured a turkey leg with an orange cranberry & ginger glaze, followed by Thanksgiving Dinner featuring turkey, potatoes, sausage & sage stuffing, roast cauliflower gratin and baked acorn squash and more flavorful fixings. Their menu will also have house favorites like scallops, salmon and a la carte steak or sides so guests can still sample the best Element flavors from year-round. You can place a reservation online in advance or over the phone by calling 941-724-8585. 

Libby's Neighborhood Brasserie 

Libby’s now has two locations: Southside Village and the other in Lakewood Ranch. Libby’s boasts New American delectable cuisine. In addition to its regular menu, Thanksgiving meal will serve Rotisserie Turkey dinner with roasted turkey breast, mushroom cream gravy, sage-brioche stuffing, sweet potato mash and hot honey carrots.  Call 941-487-7300. Mattison's 

Mattison's will be available at their three locations: Mattson's Forty-One, Mattson's Riverwalk Grille or Mattison's City Grille in Downtown Sarasota. They will offer to-go or pick-up, as well. The meal will include turkey, apple walnut stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, maple ginger roasted vegetables, gravy and rolls. Typically this meal can service up to 8 people for $195.

Michael’s On East 

One could say this is the most elegant setting for a Thanksgiving dinner. Michaels is a famous AAA Four-Diamond Award restaurant. They will be serving a traditional turkey dinner or favorites a la carte. They will have a limited dinner menu but they will also make up for it with their LIVE music. Family-style dinners are available for pickup. Michael’s will open the doors at 2 p.m. on Thanksgiving, with reservations currently on a waitlist. Call at 941-366-0007. 

The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota 

Ah, the Ritz. The name speaks for itself. Who wouldn’t want to spend a beautiful Thanksgiving meal in luxury? Thursday, Nov. 24, from 12 – 9 p.m. is when you and the family can sit down for dinner. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 941-309-2266.
